The existing warehouse located within an eclectic mix of residential and industrial typologies is converted into three apartments. The three levels are concealed within a two storey form. The new additional roof responds to the neighbouring properties.

The ground floor apartment is provided with a garden while the two upper apartments are provided with light, privacy and open space via a two storey linear courtyard that runs the full length of the dwellings.
