Designed for two brothers who are keen surfers, this holiday house responded to the elevated housing typology. House as balcony. The lower level provides a 'back door' entrance through a perforated pod where surf boards are stored and a wash down shower is provided before entering the house.

The simple rectangular floor plan is formed into a parallelogram in response to the location of view and the site boundary. The mirrored plan provides for shared living and a sense of equality.
